Captain Falcon 'The Blue Falcon Of Speed'

Well here’s a new OC Pony that I was inspired to create, and from a character that is popular: Captain Falcon. That’s right, if you’ve seen him from F-Zero series (both the game to an animated TV show) to even Smash Bros. Series, you gotta love the guy who’s an excellent racer and a great fighter too boot. But wait, there’s more, this guy shall become another wielder for an element he’ll represent: The Element Of Speed. (In someway, it was tricky to wonder who could be perfect in using an element like this one, there were some candidates, but I fullback around one guy that needs a little more light and has got some nice moves & skills to show) And he’ll be seen in JusSonic’s MLP: FIM Fanlike Universe Series, and when he makes an entrance, look out. Name: Captain Falcon ‘The Blue Falcon Of Speed’

Voice Actor: Eric Kelso (Or someone who’s voice matches the Smash Voice actor?)

Appearance: He appears like a Pegasus stallion with light brown color fur, short well-comb mane & long rough tail that are both dark/light-brown color, and eye color…well, it seem white? As far as age may go, he appears to be 37 years old, appears to be very physically in shape in muscles & his wings. From a brash & flashy in appearance, he stands tall & firm, his outfit is a combination of a flight suit & body armor. It consists with blue color theme, tan yellow bolt designs, wears yellow hoof boot-wear, a single paladin on his right shoulder. He seems to carry a sidearm in a holster on his right hip. He’s seen wearing a red helmet that has a visor, and on top of it is a gold form animal shaped like a falcon. And on his flank shows a spinning blur star, as if spinning & flashing, as his Cutie Mark to state what his talent is.

Personality: Nothing much is known about his personality, only that a few qualities are seen. He is very wise when it comes to combat and racing, he fights to stop evil while helping others out, and he even has a soft spot for those that show good potential. He can be strict at times, and will even put his own life on the line to accomplish a mission to save lives. If there is a serious problem of havoc happening around that calls for a quick saving, he’s the pony to do it.

SKILLS: While he is physically build in terms of being strong, his other talent is speed which comes from not only his legs, but the wings he has shaken from being a Pegasus Pony. One of his other talents was having gone under training to fight in combat while more time for being a racer on a race track. Even after becoming Wielder to the Element Of Speed, Falcon has used it to help him speed up himself and develop some firry techniques that separate from the element. But when using more speed, Captain Falcon will become faster then the blink of an eye. It’s also noted that that the Element of Speed is the opposite to the Element Of Power, making the two be on pair in which it’s brawn might against swift agility; for he has what is Supernatural Speed.

Transformation - Super Falcon: Captain Falcon’s entire body will light up before it bursts a powerful living aura coat in the form of….a GOLDEN FALCON! Once the transformation has happened, his power is increased almost by a hundred to a THOUSAND! Making all of his moves that he performs to reach up to being 100 to 1000 times stronger then what they were before. It’s reason to believe that through the Element Of Speed, what looks like one punch, is actually more to the truth, multiple punches thrown so fast that even one with train eyes of an Ultimate Warrior Rank can’t follow before being dealt with absolute serve damages. It’s said to rival even those that would reach Mega Mystic Form by the Mystic standard of transformation.

Techniques: After becoming a user to the Element Of Speed, Captain Falcon has spent much of it to speed up his fighting and training methods to develop some new moves. Such that he’s able to manipulate fire under his command to perform Pryokinetic Combat, knows Mystical Martial Arts, developed Enhanced Strength, even Power Kicks & Punches to Megaton Punches. Combining much of what he’s vastly obtain from speed, he’s become a fast & ferocious foe to not be cross against.

-Falcon Punch: The move consists of Captain Falcon throwing a powerful punch, with his fist engulfed in a Falcon-shaped flame. It’s one of his most powerful moves with the highest knickknack of any of his attacks, and is his highest priority move. It deals high damages, it’s also very loud & noisy, especially since he announces it every time he uses it. Note: It’s considered to be Captain Falcon’s signature move of sorts.

-Reverse Falcon Punch: Like the Falcon Punch, but much more different. Captain Falcon gained the ability to turn his punch around during the start-up, increasing its damage. This move does slightly more damage than a standard one, but has slightly more start-up time.

-Falcon Dash Punch: When the Falcon Punch is activated, Captain Falcon will rush forward, allowing him to hit targets from a long distance, but the punch will be weakened significantly.

-Mighty Falcon Punch: Captain Falcon can unleash a larger and more devastating punch, but it takes longer to activate.

-Raptor Boot: Captain Falcon rushes a bit forward, and when he comes in contact with an opponent during this time, he does a quick, flaming uppercut. When used in the air, Falcon will instead low-cut targets downwards for a Meteor Smash: which in term allows him to slam airborne opponents either straight down or mostly downwards when it connects. It cuts through many projectiles and some attacks, and pops opponents up in the air for quick combos.  This attack is useful for Tech-chasing, due to its duration and range. Additionally, it can be combed directly into Falcon’s hind knee to achieve KO’s relatively easily.

-Heavy Raptor Boost: Captain Falcon will now deal a much more severe uppercut, but he can only travel a short distance and it goes very slowly.

-Wind-Up Raptor Boost: Captain Falcon can cover a much wider distance, but sacrifices some of its power.

-Falcon Dive: Contrary to the name, Falcon does a leap in the air, first extended while glowing. When he catches the foe while still ascending, he’ll grab the foe and launch them off with an explosion while doing a cry of “Yes!”. If a hit is scored, the attack can be used again. When used on the ground or in the air, it can be reversed. Falcon Dive can be used to stage spike opponents. When the move connects with foes, it will strongly launch them at a 45 degree angle horizontally & vertically, thus making it hard to Directional Influence the knock-back, or DI for short: which means control where they are launched or where they move around in a combo. It does a solid 20% damage upon connection with high knock-back (average kill is around 130%). When contact is successful, it if a foe recovers to do a midair jump. then Falcon will not be helpless, as he’s free to use the move again. The Falcon Dive has been buffed from many times to improve, as the timing & landing the move seems to be improved due to the flatness and the slower falling speed Captain Falcon has done.

-Falcon Strike: Captain Falcon, now with a blue hue, can leap an extraordinary distance. However, he cannot grab opponents while using this move.

-Explosive Falcon Dive: If Captain Falcon catches someone while using this, the opponent will take a large amount of damage and knickknack. However, Captain Falcon must warm up for a second or two before using the move, and he gains little height from it, making it a terrible recovery.

-Falcon Kick: Captain Falcon kicks forward in a rush of fire a good distance forward, with reasonable start-up lag and wind-down lag. In the air, Falcon will go downwards fast at an slight left or right angle (depends on which direction he is facing), and if the foe is hit within the initial frames, they receive moderately powerful horizontal knock-back. It has reasonable knock-back damage, and often hits characters in short-hops, but is difficult to pull off and avoid punishment. Falcon rushes forward, blazing with a flaming kick forward, with arguably the biggest hit-bot out of its appearances in front of Falcon, and the most KO power. It has good range, and can KO at very high percents, where it launches foes at a 45 degree angle above Falcon. This move comes out fast as well, and is great to approach or punish.

-Falcon Kick Fury: Captain Falcon appears to do a normal Falcon Kick, but with the fire effects removed. However, if he hits an opponent, the opponent will be barged with kicks.

-Lightning Falcon Kick: The move is the same as the default Falcon Kick, but instead of fire effects, there are electric effects. The move also has a longer range than the default Falcon Kick.

Advanced Techniques: The most powerful abilities Captain Falcon is capable of performing that are truly the strongest in his arsenal. While one is seen as his most used transportation. But when used in his Super Falcon form, they are a true threat to be well-known.

-Blue Falcon: This is Captain Falcon’s known strongest & most powerful technique to ever be performed. It takes the form of an light-blue aura-shape like a mix breed of a large falcon & a mechanical vehicle. It’s active when Captain Falcon called it by saying: “Come On! Blue Falcon!” which summons this aura-field object around him and others that can either join or climb aboard for a ride. When used for battles, the Blue Falcon crashes through the stage area, whoever it hits when it is summoned will be hit by the rest of the move. Some opponents are run over and sent flying by this magically vehicle attack move, doing about 40% damage if every part of the attack hits and has high knock-0bac. The knock-back of this move depends of the number of targets hit, as while it can delivered a guaranteed KO, and when up to speed can plow against lots of targets. Also if there are a lot of targets that the Blue Falcon hits, they may collide with each other (like dominos) which reduces knock-backs and much effort from the Blue Falcon.

-Ultimate Falcon Punch: In a match in where evil is considered to be truly the strongest force, when all hope seems lost, Captain Falcon will awaken a deeper power from what he’s developed from his Element of Speed. While in his Super Falcon form, he’ll deliver the most powerful punch he’s got to deliver an implosive blue burst impact against his target, both stopping & knocking them them backwards. It’s said to be so powerful, it creates what could become a SUPER-NOVA explosion, enough to completely cause a target or an area the size of a mountain to become evaporated. It’s noted to be a near fact, it’s so powerful, it could even destroy that of an Ultimate Dark Mystic Warrior of a rank of Demon General, which is truly something to fear. SPEED MOVES: When Captain Falcon has access to the Blue Falcon, he’s able to perform some different moves in the following of the Element Of Speed. All of which, will make him be faster, and be even the fastest thing in Equestria. Even to be said that even the most powerful of enemies are beaten by this move ranking them around Ultimate Warrior Rank opponents.

-Speed Boost: The Blue Falcon will glow a bright color before letting off a sonic-boom maneuver that makes the aura vehicle go super fast; it’s like a super-charge move to plow through. The real trick is knowing when the time is right to pull it off, especially around sharp turns which is no problem for Captain Falcon.

-Speed Burst: Like the Speed Boost, only a more advanced & more powerful form. The Blue Falcon becomes radiate in golden glow, and launches it’s self with incredible speed rate that could be like TWO sonic-booms going off at once. It’s bursting through in which it could even reach half the other side of Equestria. Anything that gets in it’s way will be knocked off be it an army of enemies or tanks.

-Boost Fire: An incredible technique that is performed with the Blue Falcon and it’s user; Captain Falcon. Even against a press lock by tough and powerful foes, the move will perform feats even grander then Speed Burst. First, the Blue Falcon will dash off as if performing a Speed Boost, but then it will spin around in a radiate sparkle-fire spin out maneuver. Once done, it’ll charge forth with speed almost up to Mach 5 while knocking off even tough opponents of Ultimate Warrior Rank out of the way while still maintaining speed to turn even on corners. Note: It’s speed & control is said to be the toughest for any normal racer to pull off.

-Boost Fire - FULL POWER!: The most advance move of the Boost Fire technique. First, it covers the Blue Falcon in it’s same rapid spinning sparkle-fire spin, but it’s extended much more while taking on a super golden glow as even more radiate to be…like the sun. It’s speed is jumped to a rate that’s too high to even count, making it invisible to even the naked eye of even the most powerful of Ultimate Warrior Rank opponents higher then the usual bunch. It’s power would even overpower an enemy’s super-weapon of destruction

Background Bio: When he was a colt, he was being train within a Royal Guard unit to go for the Wonderbolts Academy, and his passion was for racing. But he was told of a dangerous track where no one has ever made it across the finish line to win some ultimate prize. Young Falcon had decided to try such a course which was in a hidden underground track beneath the Everfree Forest, even to beat the champ that was a magical blue falcon. But against the dangers of everything, and from feeling the speed and knowing when to make the right calls, the colt made it to the finish line. The blue falcon magically then approved of the child, and fuse with him to which gave him a cutie mark while announcing him…Wielder to the Element Of Speed. 

Bio: As the years went by, he became an accomplished racer & renowned bounty hunter whois rumored to be in his early 30s. He was rumored to be called ‘Captain’ because he was once an officer of the Royal Guards. When he is not taking part in races, he works as a bounty hunter, even by the age of 36, Captain Falcon had built a reputation as one of the best bounty hunters in Equestria, one that earned him many enemies. This constant danger forces hi to live in a sanctuary on a chain of islands off the coastline of Equestria’s map, where he spends most of his time. His desire for solitude is such that even after winning a race, he takes his award and quickly dashes home. In fact, only the chance to compete in a Pegasus Gand Prix or the lure of high bounty will lure Captain Falcon away from his archipelago fortress. Each of his home islands contains a different racetrack for pegasus ponies, allowing him to keep his racing skills at their peak while remaining relatively safe. It’s said he has a mortal foe called Blood Falcon, an evil cyborg creation made by one of the Dark Mystics, Guildenstien.

Present Bio: Around the time, he soon came across one of the Mane Six members that needed help, and soon offered his assistance. After a close shave of overcoming some obstacles and other dangers that appeared, the day was saved. Captain Falcon introduced himself to the gang, spoke of having heard their tales even when he’s always gone around racing or collecting bounties. But states that if the gang ever needed an ally to trust on to come to their speedy rescue, they should look him up. And then afterwards, Captain Falcon soon took off in being quicker then they could say bye-bye, and at least the gang feels okay knowing another ally is on their side.
