Mermai 'The Mermare Pirate'

Here's another quick work of a new OC Pony I made that was base off from Mermaimon from the Digimon Series. She's a pretty looker, but she's also got spunk to her action, so better watch out. Enjoy...

Name: Mermai ‘The Mermare Pirate’

Appearance: Appearing like a unicorn mare with darken tan fur color, with silver blue marks covering her body, yellow blonde tied cow-girl mane & a tail  looking like a fish’s tail, & has light blue eyes. She wears gold ankle bracelets, dark silver hoof-wear, and a black pirate’s type hat on her head. She appears to be very beautiful, but she also appears to be very active & spunky to get things going. She appears to wield a large golden anchor that she seems capable of lifting in showing that she’s also very strong & not just a pretty face. And on her flank was what appeared to be a black anchor mark, as her cutie mark.

Personality: She shows her personality being of a spunky girl ready to carry out her task without delay. She likes to have fun & party with friends & accompany them. When she’s on a serious task, she’ll get serious in knowing that she will do so in seeking out something or wanting information from those that may have something.

SKILLS: As she is part pony & part merpony, she can easily walk on land like any Earth or other pony species, but when in the water, she can swim extra fast. She’s learn to use her magic from her horn to perform water base spells even on dry land. She’s also learn to wield a giant anchor to be used in her armed combat runs, some say she must be extra strong to lift a heavy anchor & use it either like a sword or a large axe-hammer.

Bio: Born between her mother was a Merpony while her father was a unicorn pony, she is one of the few rare Half-Breed Ponies: known to be ponies that have a cross gene-genetic of another breed in their bloodline. She was given the name Mermai as she was between a merpony as well as a pirate like her father. While spunky, she like to venture off to find new places in where she can explore new wonders. But from her beauty & mix breed, she managed to easily fool sailors to play with them in having some fun with any that wanted to catch her. She remain a free-spirit, until the day she came to meet Oleg, The Gold Viking Pirate, the guy liked her personality, and ask if she join his crew. Course she was one of those ‘hard catches’ to deal with, but Oleg managed to out-fox the mare. Afterwards, he thought long and hard before making his new acquired friend become Vice-Captain to the Gold Pirates Gang, which the mare was shock, but Oleg said that with her quick thinking & action to carry things out, they need a spunky girl like her aboard. And Mermai continued to serve apart of the crew & enjoying the seas with her captain…to which she feels extra joyful in working under the guy that cares about her for who she is then rather her appearance.
